What is the difference between New and Recycled toner Cartridges?

The most significant difference between new and recycled is the price. 4AnyPrinter, Inc. replaces all replaceable components of the cartridge. When you pay for a new cartridge, you are mostly paying for the brand name.

Is there less toner in a recycled cartridge than there is in a new one?
No. The toner we put into our cartridges comes in bottles of pre-measured amounts, the same amount that is put into an OEM cartridge.

Do I get a credit for my empty toner cartridge?
No, not directly. We incorporate the empties that your return to us into the cost savings you receive when you order a recycled cartridge. However, if you order a substantial amount of new cartridges, we can offer you a credit for your OEM empties.

What is the warranty with a 4AnyPrinter Toner Cartridge?
Our cartridges come with a 1 year warranty. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Defective cartridges are replaced at no charge and are shipped FedEx ground service. For express delivery of replacement product, customer may opt to pay the difference between the ground and express charges. Refunds are not issued for a first time defective product. All returns require a RA number which can be obtained from calling our customer care department at 800-963-6011.

Unused products may be returned for credit within 6 months from the date of purchase. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to the original price of the product. 4anyprinter is not responsible for paying for or arranging shipping. RA # is required and must be sent via a courier that can issue a tracking number.

All OEM "new" products may be returned for credit within 30 days of purchase. OEM products are not manufactured by 4anyprinter.com. The products may be retuned less a 20% restocking fee. Package must be sealed and unopened. An RA# is required and shipping is paid by the customer.

Do you offer Discounts for Volume Purchases?
Yes. If you are ordering more than 10 cartridges per month please contact us at 800.963.6011 or complete our online form.

What forms of payment do you accept when ordering product?
We accept Master Card, Visa, Money Orders, Bank Wire Transfer & Cashier Checks.

How do you ship product?
We ship all of product via FedEx. Our standard method of shipping is FedEx Ground. You can upgrade your shipment to either FedEx 2nd Day or FedEx Next Day for an additional charge.

What are your freight charges?
We charge actual FedEx Freight plus a $3.50 handling charge per order.

Do you ship International?
No. At this time we only accept orders within the United States, Mexico & Canada.

What should I do with my empty toner cartridges?
Whenever you place an order with 4AnyPrinter, we include in the shipment a return label to be used when your empty toner. This is a free service we offer that will save you time, money and the environment.
